 In Malaysia, specific leave standards must be maintained to run an organization successfully because if they are not met, it affects the productivity of the company and also causes a pay cut for the employee. The leaves are categorized differently, and the leave slab also is created uniquely for every company based on different requirements.

 For example, maternity leave is given to women when they give birth, has a slab of about 60 days along with many other requirements. The other leaves are Unpaid Leave, Paid Leaves like sick leave, medical leave, marriage leave, maternity leaves, paternity leaves, annual leaves and much more based on different requirements.

These leaves fall under either Unpaid Leave or Annual Leave to make things simple and thus does not cause any disruption in the functionality of the organization.

The administrator can categorize these leaves as Unpaid or on Annual Leave based on the company’s criteria. HR2eazy provides this facility if the employee entirely uses annual leaves, the emergency leave can be marked under Unpaid Leave.

Replacement Leave

Employees’ have to work for extra days to complete the given work or project on time, making them work on weekends. The employees’ are to be given leaves in the future so that they would be able to spend time for themselves.

Employees’ can either be compensated for their extra work by being paid extra or be given a replacement leave for their commitment.

These leaves do not affect the productivity because they have already spent time on completing the given work. HR2eazy has come up with Replacement Leave feature so that the leave is balanced for the commitment given earlier.
